The genesis of Xebec dates back to 1986 when Randy Kendrick began in real estate with a focus on infill industrial development in the highly competitive market of Los Angeles. Together with John Lehr, Randy formed Xebec LLC in 1996. Today, the company focuses on investing in commercial opportunities in the U.S. with its key four principals Randy Kendrick, John Lehr, Neil Mishurda and Dan Floriani.
